HHS HRSA Essential Supervision Skills Training
VS4S has been contracted to provide Essential Supervision Skills training for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
The mission of HRSA is to improve health and achieve health equity through access to quality services, a skilled health workforce, and innovative programs. To meet this mission, VS4S is providing Human Resources (HR) instruction focused on Essential Supervision Skills (ESS). By following a “flipped classroom” approach, VS4S instructors rely less on lecturing and more on activities, discussions, and group exercises. This ensures class participants are fully engaged with the course content, which aids retention and facilitates application in the workplace.
VS4S is providing this cutting-edge instructional approach to HRSA in the following courses:

FDA ORA Training Instructors
VS4S has been awarded a three-year contract to provide training instructors for the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA’s) Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA), Office of Training, Education, and Development (OTED).
The OTED mission is to provide high quality learning opportunities through timely, cost-effective learning products that support FDA’s mission and strategic goals and meet current training and development needs of ORA personnel, state and local regulatory officials, and other stakeholders.
To meet this mission, VS4S will provide instructors to train ORA’s field and headquarters personnel on the laws, regulations, scientific concepts, and standards related to FDA-regulated program area commodities.
Eglin Air Force Base ILC/Digital Library
VS4S has a five-year prime contract to staff and manage a digital library.This cutting-edge facility in the Air Force was created to reduce costs and combine services in the military environment.
The ILC (www.eglinilc.com) is an innovative blend of a learning center/library and a recreation center, which serves military members, retirees, DoD civilians and their families. VS4S provides instructional database research assistance to support those taking college classes.
Ticket Program Manager, SSA/MAXIMUS
VS4S has a five-year subcontract with MAXIMUS to support SSA’s TPM (www.yourtickettowork.com) contract, an employment program designed for SSA’s disability beneficiaries to enter the workforce.
VS4S develops comprehensive training programs to streamline the onboarding process of new hires, inform beneficiaries about Social Security work incentives, and highlight employment opportunities for beneficiaries with disabilities.
